  • Team Building Workshop

    2 Days 12 hours classroom time
    Minimum of 10 people.

    Everyone is on a team of some kind! Some teams have a coach, some have a manager, and then some have a team member appointed to lead the group. Building a team is like building a house. They both need a good foundation. The foundation of a team is a strong bond, one in which every member feels like they belong and are valued by the other team members.

    Benefit to Participants:
        Each participant will be more collaborative.
        Each participant will be more apt to recognize team building opportunities.
        Each participant will have a better understanding of empowerment in the     team process.
        Each participant will have enhanced problem identification and resolution     skills.

  • Time Management Workshop

    Half Day 3 hours classroom time
    Minimum of 10 people.

    Use it wisely and you achieve great success. Waste it and watch your career and fulfillment suffer. Good time management is a skill that we can all learn and the sooner we start using them the more success we will see in our career and personal life.

    Benefit to Participants:
        Be given a set of applicable time management tools.
        Recognize time management opportunities and be more apt to use them.
        Have a better understanding of job burnout and how to avoid it.

  • Social Styles and Communication

    Half Day 3 hours classroom time
    Minimum of 10 people.

    We all need to communicate effectively. Too often our style or methods of communication do not foster understanding for our listeners. This workshop will focus on communication styles and issues and help you to avoid common communication styles pitfalls.

    Benefit to Participants:
        Enhance the general working environment and productivity of each person.
        Expand the personal empowerment of the finance department members.
        Facilitate the integration of newly learned skills into day-to-day work activities.

  • Leadership

    Half Day 3 hour classroom time
    Minimum of 10 people.

    "If two men ride a horse, one must ride behind" -Shakespeare. Leadership is within everyone's grasp. It's a matter of attitude and the willingness to work hard to cultivate the skills of good leadership.

        Recognize the key ingredients of leadership

        Recognize problems before they become an emergency

  • Strategic Planning

    Full Day 6 hours classroom time
    Minimum of 10 people.

    Does your organization have a goal and a strategic plan on how to get there? If not why not and if you do when was the last time you checked to make sure that your organization is still on track?

  • Career and Life Coaching

    Today's Number One Career Empowerment Tool.
    A coaching session is 1 to 2 hours long

    What is coaching? It's a one-to-one dialogue that helps a person understand their strengths and weaker points. The coach will then help that person build a self improve plan, in short coaching helps unlock someone's potentials through self-awareness and change points of view.

    A coach will provides you with tools, support and structure to help you identify your goals, eliminate obstacles and accomplish more. In a nutshell, coaching is an on-going partnership with someone that advises, guides, and motivates you to create the results you want in your personal and professional life. A coach challenges you and supports you to be your best.

  • Rope Course Facilitation

    The Columbia Challenge Ropes Course is an inspiring outdoor experience designed to showcase and explore three areas of interpersonal relationship: teamwork, self confidence and commitment. In an environment designed towards physical and emotional safety, the Challenge Course experience can empower groups to challenge past experiences, learn about the personal strengths of each individual and team, and progress forward more effectively.

    All of the elements are designed to be within the capabilities of the average person. The course can be physically challenging, but is designed so that all tasks are a challenge by choice.

    The Challenge Course experience alters group dynamics by empowering each member of the group to explore their personal skills in:

        1. TRUST
        2. TEAM BUILDING
        3. COMMUNICATION
        4. PROBLEM SOLVING
        5. DECISION MAKING

    Pricing:
    One full day 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Columbia Challenge Ropes Course with a minimum of 10 participants
